Normally, I eye roll football coaches' efforts to hide who is starting. Like the time the Bears wouldn't say which long snapper was going to play. But the offense with Bagent or Keenum actually will attack markedly differently, so I think this time there's a real benefit to it.

I would argue that The Onion's hit rate is and has always been really good. To put out a paper that often, that's all satire and jokes and guarantee out loud laughs in every issue, it's nothing short of a miracle.

Bears should hire Tony Romo and add him to their radio team with Joniak and Thayer. Tony's maybe the only guy who could somehow increase the amount of confusion you get trying to follow a football game with those clods describing it to you.

This should be embarrassing. The Cubs absolutely can pay Seiya what the market will say he's worth, they just don't want to. Going with Pedro and Shaw in the corners, or re-signing an obviously cooked Ian Happ is basically formally announcing you don't want to win.
