Time for Tom Cruise in Digger. Let's get wild up in here.

Imagine crashing 1,507 networks in the 80s, including Wall St, and only being fined 45k? That's not enough to buy a new car these days. I think ZeroCool may have gotten by with white privilege.

Finally, content built for me from the New York Times.

NY Times email with the subject that reads "The Morning: How to die".

Alright update on this... As now they have completed all the stories in this. 100% content released. Finished the 7 stories, as they just finally released the final chapter of FF7 proper. Shame the servers are going down on Oct 7. All of this will just vanish then. Charming take on the series too.

Either complete ragebait, or further evidence that the new gen has trash tastes... Reasons include: •it was made in the 90s •the episodes are self contained •series is multi-genral •characters are unrelatable •some lore not explicitly clarified to excruciating detail Smdh

This being stock PCs these days is wild to me still. Super out of touch with that scene

Fucking wild. Backed a Kickstarter, funded in Sept 2013. Assumed they stole my money at this point. Now got an update showing their dev timeline... Preproduction started 13 years later (Jan), releasing 19 years after funding in 2032... Pending no other delays. Told Duke Nukem Forever "hold my beer"

Seeing anime in a theater is a great disconnect for me. Just gorgeous art crafted by people for my eyes and ears. Tonight was Ghost in the Shell (1995) and hyperbole aside about prescience - it's just such a fucking mood. Long slow pans and lingering shots on cities and neons. 🔥❤️ #cpDoesAnime2026

Dreams have been constant for me forever. Just comes from light sleeping when you're in rem. Chances are CPAP helps you get a deeper sleep since your body is good to rest, minimizing rem. Chances are you're just forgetting your dreams due to that.

At 131 hours in Tears of the Kingdom... Definitely a much better experience for me than BotW. Planned to just do the main story but they did a really good job of making this a world worth exploring. Four temples down, working on the last handful of shrines, then continuing on with story.

QTP with four games that hold a special meaning to you! Zelda: played w/a cousin as a child and realized games are worth investing time in. FF7: Carried me through my parents divorce and custody battle. EQ: first online community and friends. KH 358/2: great therapy session for me to find myself.

Ah, gotcha on his message. The big King Kong "who's the real monster..." before turning to look at the audience. On the DM front, think bsky had an update or something. My DMs were set to nobody can DM me and I just enabled it. This is what I see for anyone I look up still.

Also, this theater is one time forgot. Energy is so late 90s, it rules. The IMAX is its own wing at the end of the hall.

Disagree man. This is effectively Bloodborne 2 and people are absolutely going to show up for it. I think you grossly underestimate the draw these games have.

Realize it's not a Switch 2 exclusive, but being available on Sw2 enhanced is 100% why I got around to it. Dude it's so much prettier. Frame rate is crispy. Load times are snappy. It's just such a great game to look and be wrapped in. Like I logged in yesterday to see this and just stopped for a min

Lot of shade getting thrown over this, but I appreciate it as someone who wanted to catch up. In much better shape than I thought, only missing Shang Chi, Brave New World, Thunderbolts, and Fantastic Four from the set.

I think you forget how much abuse kids can cause to a VHS and the movie still plays fine. That being said, it's just a fun piece to have on a shelf next to my UMD, DVD, and UHD of the same movie.

Got two books in the mail today and both were damaged. Bummed by it despite being first world problems. Resident Evil retrospective was banged in from poor packaging, and then VA-11 Hall-A design works cover/spine peeled off from the book from failed adhesive while reading it... 🙁

So like... This gets complicated/big picture, but streaming kills the industry by killing the artists that generate the commodity. Sure more is spent on Spotify, but I'd argue that isn't better for the industry. Easiest example of this is look to the industry whale.
