Uh oh, looks like a President has never tried revoking a previous President’s pardons before. This is a novel case! This needs to be allowed to percolate through the court system and take a couple years before it’s been officially decided by the Court. That’s how the government works now.

“Trump’s just going to pardon himself and every….” That’s okay investigate them all and arrest them all for the crimes they’ve committed anyway. Declare the pardons revoked. Appeal it all the way up to SCOTUS and force them to rule on whether they get released or not after all the evidence is in.

This will be one of the most important immigration cases in a generation. The Trump admin claims that a 1996 law mandates the detention of millions of people without any right to a bond hearing; every person who entered illegally, no matter how long in the past. If they win, it's a nightmare.
