![🛑 WE MUST STOP FLORIDA SB 1334
The Florida version of the 'SAVE' Act, SB 1334, is moving through committees in the Florida Senate.
SB 1334 does not SAVE anything. It is another voter purge bill and it makes it highly likely that eligible U.S. citizens will be removed from the voter rolls purely due to red tape. U.S. citizens seeking to exercise their right to vote will then have to produce documentation that is expensive and hard to get. This legislation clearly violates Floridians' right to vote. It would be especially harmful to the voting rights of millions of married women.
Please contact your state Senator and ALL Senators on the upcoming Committee to hear this bill to oppose this egregious policy right away. Do it daily if you can.

🚨 CALL script 🚨
Hi, my name is [Your Name], and I’m a constituent from [Your City].
I’m calling to urge Senator [Name] to vote No on SB 1334. The language proposed is unduly intimidating and may dissuade eligible voters from registering.
Attempting to register or vote as an ineligible individual already carries severe legal penalties in Florida, it is a third-degree felony to falsely swear or affirm or otherwise submit false information.
Everyday Floridians can't afford additional expenses right now. The constitutional right to vote is free to every eligible American voter, and requiring Floridians to decide between putting food on their table or getting an expensive paper to prove their citizenship in order to vote is cruel and unjust.
Senator [Name], please support all of your constituents and don't support this bill.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:c3y7ofhlxxru3tshaxqagjqo/bafkreibkjvwlcpegumjudid3a527k27hbubzz5t5y3tegq5jctr4gdfktu)
