October is the month of horror movies, so I figured I’d draw a horror movie icon. And what better choice than Chucky the doll from #childsplay.

16 years ago, Disney, Nick, and Cartoon Network were greeted with a true blue competitor unlike any other despite its short four-year lifespan. Here’s to you, Hub Network!

With just three weeks to go until Halloween, it’s time now to showcase fanart I did of the #generalmills “Monster Cereals” trio: Count Chocula, Boo-Berry, and Franken-Berry. Part of this frighteningly balanced breakfast.

Come on, Olivia. Save some for me too.

Now for a drawing that’s a bit more familiar in terms of subject. This year and this month marks the fifth anniversary of #theghostandmollymcgee, so I figured I’d honor the occasion by drawing my OC Deb Berkeley and my own ghost-sona re-enacting a scene from the show’s intro.

Deborah C. Berkeley (left) and I (Plushblue, as a ghost) are seen re-enacting the “That’s me. Well, that’s she” portion from the intro to “The Ghost and Molly McGee”. Deborah (an OC of mine who’s in her 20s or 30s), while a literal personification of the 1960s, is also seen enjoying wearing an outfit that appears more modern. That outfit being a Molly McGee costume, minus the ghost earring that she customized herself.

Read this from left to right, and you’ll get “There Will Definitely Be Blood… Maybe”.

While this scene is funny, we should give Bart credit for getting around to transcribing that whole seventeen-minute song from first note to the ending double bar. Now that’s dedication if I’ve ever seen one.

Next in my gallery is a rather interesting choice of character that I got to draw. Featured today is an alien named CJ7 from the 2008 Chinese-Hong Kong sci-fi comedy movie #CJ7 by Stephen Chow.

Or worse, the thought of a parent taking a photo like that, and one accidental collision between them and you or someone else causing the phone to fly into the abyss and mom or dad landing you in the hot seat.

Happy anniversary to this channel. Whenever I would put this on, I would find the How It’s Made episodes entertaining.

Today’s drawing centers on an OC by @mooshieblue.bsky.social that I thought would be a good addition to my fanart gallery. This is Kazuka Yashiki, an OC of Bonnie’s based on #myheroacademia.

Regarding today’s drawing, I do have ideas aplenty for other Halloween-themed illustrations I plan on putting together featuring characters ranging from spooky but lighthearted to iconic horror stars. Be on the lookout for more art pieces of the sort later this month.

Apparently, the ninth edition of my end-of-the-month YouTube tradition known as “Sony LogoPalooza” managed to accrue an incredible amount of traction not even a week after it released. And let me just say… I feel honored. :)

A screenshot shows the ninth and latest “Sony LogoPalooza” display where various logos from Sony Pictures play all at once in a large collage. This ninth edition features thirty-six Sony logos bunched together. Below the title is the view count as of this writing and the amount of likes it got as of this writing.

For @scifidudeart.bsky.social’s birthday today, I got around to drawing their signature character from their comic series “Astronuts”; Olivia Rocket, both as a human and as a fox. Happy birthday, SciFiDude! #FoxOliviaDTIYS

This drawing I did of Olivia as a fox was part of a “Draw this in your style” challenge where SciFiDude invited others to draw her as a fox because the artist thought the character looked cool as one.

Four more weeks until Halloween. 🎃 I recall for my first Halloween costume, I was dressed as a chili pepper. And for my last costume as a trick-or-treater, I went as Finn from “Adventure Time”. What were your first and last Halloween costumes when you went trick-or-treating?
