Here in CA the ban on flavored tobacco has been more or less a joke. The main problem with it is that vape juice, which though it clearly isn't a health food product can be used for harm reduction, is all but banned, driving people back to actually just smoking again.

I like how it does not mention at all, even once, what this person's stance is on gaza or the far right likud government of israel. Maybe a lot of "normal libs" are still so 9/11 poisoned that they think it's good to massacre muslims, but I certainly do not think like that.
