My first meeting today is on Equality and Inclusion. I am so grateful to live in a country where that means I’ll be receiving an update on our progress on making our workplace as open and accessible for all.

Ok, this is cool, I'm going to need to add this to our home!

I found this in a cupboard, plugged it in and I can’t believe it still works! It’s a 2003 HP iPAQ running Windows Mobile 2nd Edition. That’s 4 years before the very first iPhone!

She looks like she's trying not to laugh at him!

Water companies in England alone made profits of £1.8b last year, up 80% from 2018/19. So naturally they'll ignore this fact and pass the entire cost on to us plus a little extra just for fun!

Average life expectancy in Japan 84 years, US 77 years..... the list goes on.

Someone has been using my email for years. I just don't get why they have never worked out why nobody ever emails them the tickets, receipts etc. that they say they will. And yes, account secure, 2FA and no logins that are not me. Still, I hope they enjoyed Moana 2 last night!

At this point Tinder 'swipe' jokes are almost as old as Henry VIII 'liked to behead wives' jokes....

I just couldn't be a politician, I couldn't keep a straight face while spouting utter nonsense!

I really loved the Touch Bar but at the time it felt like I was literally the only one. Genuinely tempted by this!!

Great idea, they should make one that's really tiny and name it after an iconic British car!

Ah, thank you. Certainly not a positive but a significantly better situation than the implied impending war.

So the president declared martial law but the ruling party and opposition both plan to oppose it? That is a weird situation.

My 16 year old son has severe learning disability. His OCB often leads to repeating the same song over and over. Christmas songs haven't started yet for him, but this is my Apple Music Replay. I'm dreading more Last Christmas by Wham!

I really like the side view, but hate front and back. I guess I need a 2D version….

That sadly seems unlikely, have you met humanity recently? :(

I’ve had the phrase “I’ll get a bay ready” stuck in my head for weeks. I figured it was sci-fi but couldn’t place it. No tv show, movie or book came to mind. I finally heard it again, it was Rory the Racing Car!! Haha

I think in a fair comparison with the four years before, or the four years after. He’ll do just fine legacy wise.

Multiple action buttons? That feels like designing in the wrong direction....

I hadn't seen the IDF selfie pic in front of the devastation in Gaza, whatever side you are on this is not a good look. Shame on them.

He did what any father would do. Was justice served? No. Would I do the same, yes I have to admit I would.

Just finished A Man on the Inside on #Netflix, a really enjoyable series, I hope they make more!

It won't be easy but would restore my faith in your country if you can do it!

A girlfriend at the time was obsessed with the Popstars TV show and loved Girls Aloud. 22 years eh? I'm feeling old!!!

I feel like we have to stop asking this question, the answer is always no :(

Absolutely,I think my favourite are the Star Kingdom books. I would love more Casmir one day!

Anthony @pleasedonttouchthose.com · 25/11/2024

I'm so excited to see this, I listened to the rest a year or so ago and was disappointed I couldn't listen to the final one. I almost bought the actual book, but I'm dyslexic and do not find reading relaxing, it is a mentally draining. So excited!!

Thank you, I will look into feeds. I had seen how to follow others, but not make my own.

Anthony @pleasedonttouchthose.com · 23/11/2024

So this is where all the cool kids have gone, eh? So who should I follow for content significantly less intense than twitter? Maybe dog pics? Or the occasional poem....
