You know what I find amusing? Yappy dogs in blue collars that simply do not learn their lessons. Fortunately, I am a very peaceful, law-abiding citizen. So I am going to call my senator... The first person to bring me a..pup in a blue collar, gets a gracious thank you cash donation to charity.
