YEESH you're right, I'm okay actually 😅 I forget that the world isn't 21+

I'm morbidly curious about what my local Swifties are like (in a Jane Goodall way) so I'd consider going to one but... at what cost lmao

I'm basically just letting it wash over me at this point 😅

110

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 18h

Listening to (cramming tbh) The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov 🐈‍⬛ Maybe I'm stupid lmao or maybe I just didn't give myself enough time to read this very dense, esoteric book in more digestible pieces 🤷‍♀️

Honestly I didn't consider the 11/10 anagram at all lol

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

Ohhh that could be interesting! Reclaiming that (last probably) would be poetic

LOVEEE some good mess, I welcome the chaos 😏

Oh also remember my internal Taylor motion detector is broken so maybe she literally announces it at 2pm today who knows

050

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

And when she puts out a vault track that uses the name James? 😏 "no guys the vault tracks are all definitely unreleased material from that time period, what do I look like? A liar?"

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

HONESTLYYYY I would love to hear how those songs sound with her 20+ years of industry experience and vocal training

190

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

A birthday release would be interesting too, I forget who I saw on the skyline talking about it but i thought it was a good point that her birthday isn't even really hers anymore, it's the brand's birthday. It would at least make me feel vindicated in my belief that country won't be her homecoming!

160

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

It's FASCINATING like it really goes against everything we've grown to understand about her SOP when it comes to her work. The fact that it's allegedly been ready since the masters buyback in May 2025 too has me scratching my head!

170

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

I wonder if the normies would hate it or if they'd feel satiated lol

020

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

I used to be the same! It really inflamed my OCD and made me SO paranoid. When you fixate on freak accidents, tragedies etc) it makes you feel like you're going to get smited walking out your front door. Such an easy doom spiral to be pulled into because it comes from a place of care/concern

140

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

I'd be thoroughly entertained if she released anything other than debut near the anniversary lol. A merch drop would absolutely send me into a cackling fit

140

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

TSTV 20 year anniversary is essentially the ONE thing every corner of her fandom space can agree on, WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

I was in a really good mood yesterday and literally as soon as I saw Travis liked the monologue post I was like "well, for my sanity I need to take a week off from the hijinks" so that's my plan

0110

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

It's gotta be some type of sociopathy honestly, maybe I'm being a little dramatic but so many people online want to be "first to market" when it comes to reporting tragedy it's so self centered. Why are we trying to monetize tragedies that destroy the lives of the people who are ACTUALLY impacted?

110

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

A culture that can't grapple with its OWN mortality, it can only speculate on and sensationalize the mortality of others because other people dying is just numbers. A culture of people who think everyone outside of their immediate circle is an NPC with no interiority.

150

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

There's this weird empathy flexing I see around these incidents (idk what else to call it) where internet comment sections are like "ohhh imagine how scared they were" and fantasizing about the headspace of somebody as they are about to immediately die.

110

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

Is this about the Six Flags incident? Because I feel the same. It's not lost on me that a culture that thinks public executions are good is ALSO obsessed with the dirty details of a tragedy and (thankfully I haven't seen it) circulate online the last terrifying moments of somebody's life for views.

130

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

It would be a fun surprise but I'm not holding my breath! If she releases it to no fanfare around the anniversary it'll also piss off her core base, I'm intrigued by this particular move

3130

Kai 🍂☁️ @plantmutual.bsky.social · 14/10/2026

Guys I think we need to consider the very real possibility that TSTV will not be coming for the 20th anniversary I think withholding debutation will make her core base actually riot and I think that's honestly her intention at this point

Last weekend I went to the grocery store to pick up milk for my job (oat milk too) they decided that morning was the day that all the non dairy milks got moved into the plant based food section, instead of keeping them with the other milks 😵‍💫

The patron saint of virgins and those subject to unwarranted sexual advances. Her day of feast is November 3rd, which just so happens to be Election Day in the US this year. An election during a period of referendum around rape culture and patriarchy as an extension. It feels very full circle.

I've been thinking about St Winifred this week since finishing Big Swiss, and seeing her statue during my trip to Hudson over the summer, how moved by her I was. How I had to look up what statue I was even looking at because there wasn't a placard, at least not that I could find.

Statue of St Winifred at Promenade park in Hudson NY. Bronze patina statue of a woman in a long gown and veil, holding her left hand to her heart and resting a sword, blade tip on the ground, against her right side. Not visible in my photo is the thin scar around her neck that depicts her beheading, after rejecting the advances of a man, and subsequent divine re-attachment of her head in retribution for the wrong she endured. The statue is atop a craggily boulder and surrounded by greenery and tiny purple flowers. It sits atop a hill in a park overlooking the Hudson River and Catskills.

Literally it's the last place I'd ever judge somebody's clothing choice. I don't really sweat but I get HOT at the gym, so even in winter the most covered I am is a T shirt and shorts. As long as you wipe up your sweat puddles after you're done I COULD NOT care what somebody wears while exercising

Love how they keep shoving this misogynist racist little weirdo in everyone's face, and you have to be cool with him because he theoretically tolerates disabled people and also his jokes suck

I'm on a tangent now, but when her and Joe broke up I remember the F1 world was TEEMING with her and Fernando Alonso rumors, I have to wonder if it was some type of audience testing. The F1 pairing would've made the checkered flag motif even louder.

Deploying the NFL in this way has been SO. Eye opening. This season especially so far and it's barely started! I'm so locked in for the Chiefs/Bills game this season it's not even funny. Only one meeting during the regular season and I'm sooooooooo sus of J*sh Allen and Hailee

happy national coming out day. coming out is a lifelong process and arrives to each queer person in a different way. queer people of every flavor and complexity need to be on screens, in music, in books and in our community leaders, to help kids see themselves. this is why artists coming out matters

A comedy guy gets cancelled and runs with his tail between his legs to Joe R*gan and the Austin comedy scene for protection and image rehabilitation, every time! I actually do love the occasional mean spirited/controverial joke but like you said, it has to be delivered the right way.

I think the culture of comedy bros that follow him really laundered his image lol. Every time I mention that he's a racist weirdo, people will be like "but he likes people with Down syndrome!" So I think SNL is following the money and know he's a draw regardless

Media keeps circulating photos of the shooter at his strongest and healthiest (when the event happened in 2009) but what will be seen by the world is America killing a disabled Palestinian man for something he's BEEN repenting for. A cowardly show of force.

I have been in such a DARK place about this news it's unbelievable. We must not let this come to pass, compassion as a concept is on the chopping block. What he did was terrible but he's been atoning for that for almost 20 years. He is also now paraplegic.

I keep saying every day in America is a Fresh New Hell but the concept of televising firing squad executions for entertainment (and Kalshi bets I'm sure) is a truly unique and fresh new hell. If they really televise it, there's no coming back from this.

It feels like she's been trying to redo the years she fucked up with us by spoiling her brother's kid. And I know if I invite her into the milestone that is my getting married, she'll try to play dolls with the ordeal because she always does it.
