The followup to this after yesterday's livestream is absolutely INSANE, please give me a little time to recover before it's posted about. But spoilers, it's NOT good.

The Oscars may be over, but it's still award season! The amazing anthology "unSEEN/unHEARD" qualifies for Best Anthology, as does my currently running webcomic "Across Your Shattered Sky" for Best Webcomic. It would mean so much to us if you'd give a vote! Vote here-> ringoawards.com

Sitting in a circle with all the other sad bastards who knew that Brexit would lead to UK politicians no longer having to adhere to EU human rights laws, passing a bottle around like we’re on the fucking Titanic. Ah lads this sucks shit

Artistic burnout is finally fading. I've been wintering, choosing rest and cozy hibernation this month. But I've begun making more art and I'm looking forward to sharing it here soon! Hope everyone is doing well 💜✨

Funny how Canada First needs the entire roster of Toronto police, armed with rifles, to protect them. Cowards.

I don't think of other artists as competition or compare myself to them. I'm standing in all your corners like this. I hope we all make it and I love watching you grow!

yes, this is why when you see actual artist time lapses (not ones where someone just hides the AI image they're tracing) there is a ton of time spent just on figuring out the blocking and fixing problems on a structural level. Slop is slop because it is noise without problem solving

I'd love to go back to an earlier time where webcomic creators didn't feel like they would be punished by The Algorithm if they miss an update or take some time off because they're sick. I am tired of the Grind mindset, and appealing to impatient readers who don't want comics, they want shows.

I got pretty weepy when drawing it 🥺🥺 I miss every single sweet cat I had throughout my life and now my little Morgana is having the best life I can possibly give her.

✨LATERA NOTICE✨ Crucial missing panels have been re-added to chapter 40, part 1 on WT Canvas. Issue wasn't present on GlobalComix, however some wordage was also fixed on both platforms as well as a typo on chapter 40 episode 2.

010

Spectra - Latera on GC/WT Canvas! @planetspectra.com · 07/12/2025

Yess I am so sorry about that! The missing panels were already there on GlobalComix at least, but they're fixed now on Webtoon 💜

Spectra - Latera on GC/WT Canvas! @planetspectra.com · 07/12/2025

✨Notice✨ It seems there's missing panels in Latera Chapter 40 episode 1 on Webtoon. Not sure if on GC as well but this will be rectified tomorrow. My apologies for confusion when reading that update, I didn't realize!

Circumstances and the cat distribution system finally came together for us two months ago, and now I can't imagine life without my little Morgana 🥺💜 I honour my past beloved kitties by giving her the best life I possibly can.

Spectra - Latera on GC/WT Canvas! @planetspectra.com · 15/11/2025

I am far too invested in the Lateraverse to leave it anytime soon. I'd love to explore more of the various sects of gods, the history, the Draconian politics of the Guardian Elders, with characters both familiar and new. It's really exciting to think about despite the ridiculous burnout I'm still in

020

Spectra - Latera on GC/WT Canvas! @planetspectra.com · 15/11/2025

Now to seriously think on what I want to create after Latera. I want to do some tweaks on it before uploading to NamiComi and other sites. Perhaps making novels out of it and its planned prequels instead of comics. Ditching vertical scroll comics in favour of creating page format.
