As in I'd rather look at an unskilled, flawed piece of art than to look at a computer's approximation of a masterpiece that was made by shredding other pieces together and blending them together

I'd rather look at something drawn with an extremely cheap crayon that was snapped in half duct taped to a 50 foot pole than to look at something made by AI that's meant to look like good art.

Breakpoint: Unity is a Narrative-Driven Superhero System that uses Dice Tiers for checks and a laddered difficulty mechanic. Progression is Narrative, but also requires you rolling well. Oh, and did I mention Exploding Dice?

Decided I'd do something interesting this year and check how many sales I've had this year for my TTRPGs. In total, there were 297 sales, 130 of which were Maintenance of Ships: Second Edition! This is nearly double the sales from the year before! (2024 sales were 160 in total) #ttrpg #indiedev
