Loads of stuff on affordability: In 2023-24, private renters spent highest proportion of their income on housing (34%) & were most likely of all tenures to report difficulty affording housing costs. Interesting that social renters in 2023-24 spent less on rent compared with a decade ago (26% vs 29%)
