I used to think the sky was the limit. Now I think the subscription is the limit…

You can synchronise vault by git — it is super easy and no one can make mess. Moreover, git render the MD files so you (students?) can read them in the browser I am preparing a materials for classes in Obsidian - it looks nice (export to PDF also)

Lovely day in Eindhoven, and not just because of the weather! I had Maciej Behnke over as visitor for a few days to talk science and pick up an old collaboration! And @crist14n.bsky.social had Jenny Murphy, Simon Nolte, and Robert Rein over to talk computational reproducibility in Sports science.

i am mortified. i've been writing art code in #rstats for several years now and it was only yesterday that i realised how useful the cauchy distribution is if you want the untidiness in an image to feel naturalistic

It was an inspiring and heart-warming meeting – it's good to see that so many fantastic people care about errors in science

Julia Jaszczak from AMU and Milosz Kalinowski from @polskaakademianauk.bsky.social presenting a poster on testing the quantity of constructs in psychology at a conference #PSE8. We have tools (but we do not use them) to check whether the measurement provides sufficient data for statistical analysis
