she had to hide and be stealth, it’s never mentioned the character is trans but there’s something truly magic in knowing that the next time i rewatch TNG, i will see her there and i will know that someone like me helped make the show that ignited my lifelong love of Star Trek 😭

Sometimes Voltron is lions. Sometimes Voltron is cars and submarines in space. And sometimes Voltron is six arms attached to a filing cabinet.

Why Minnie? It’s a question I get asked a lot. And there are just as many answers why I love Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck so much. They represent a lot of things to me now: innocence, a feeling of nostalgia, characters who are in some ways blank slates who can mean whatever I want them to.

As far as I’m aware, this newspaper storyline titled The Gleam from 1942 is the first time Minnie was referred to as Minerva in Disney history

I think a lot about why Wendy Carlos’ albums are out of print and her wonderful website is now reserved for having a friend of hers tell people to leave her alone. It’s so fucking heart breaking what the world does to trans women

My beloved Daisy Duck bag has returned from the official Coach repair workshop and she’s looking FABULOUS! They repaired the little coachman that broke off, replaces the rivets and cleaned and conditioned the purse.

From the realm of little-remembered toys comes a particular favorite of mine, #MegaBloks Plasma Kreaps! A spooky offshoot of the Mega Bloks dragons that came in eggs. These monsters came in padlocked crates similar to the Arctic expedition monster from Creepshow (Kreapshow?)

Possibly the funniest interaction between Mickey and Daisy ever. Bottom line, don't show up early to Mickey's parties. It gets awkward.

I have been SPOILED by the amount of Minnie Halloween decorations being released this year. My favorite so far is this Mickey and Minnie mummies statue, simply because they actually gave the pair different body proportions. It’s almost unheard of to see Minnie with curves!

At this point I'm down 70 pounds after starting to steadfastly pursue diet and exercise (as of March) and Ozempic (as of May)! Yesterday I had my second "Whole Health" Appointment at the VA to check my weight, muscle mass, bone density, etc and make sure I'm losing weight in a healthy manner.

Robo Machine Robot Helicopter! Terrible name but easily a top-5 80s transforming robot. Looks badass+ walks in robot mode, rolls & spins rotors AND has a working winch & a string to climb. Weirdly in 🇺🇸/🇨🇦 it was released by Mattel as Flybot (c’mon Tonka, shoulda locked that shit down for Gobots!)

Robo Machine Robot Helicopter - a red & light grey robot. It has a stern-looking head and two awesome-looking rifles. There is a hook hanging from the crotch

Helicopter mode! The rotors are motorised and spin. The handle in the middle of the robots pulls out and then the helicopter can climb it into the sky (cool but it doesn’t half scare me)

Robot Helicopter is joined by its smaller brothers, Twister (grey & red highlights) and Helicopter (white & chrome highlights) - bet you can’t guess which was the Gobot name and which was Euro Bandai

Group hug! Robot Helicopter is a DX version of the design that was release as Twister/Helicopter. Basically it is the same design but larger with more details and features
