Appeler au "nettoyage des extrémistes" est en soi un acte extrémiste. Elle appelle donc à sa propre liquidation. Cela me rappelle Franquin...

In comparison (see previous post), @nicolashenin.net 's PDS shows a deeper exploration of what the ATmosphere has to offer. Lots of "like" and "posts". That's what engagement looks like. pixeline.be/pds-grandper...

GrandPerspective app interface showing the selected pds has Bluesky, Sifa, Standard.site and Streamplace lexicons.

List of data collection counts. Top: app.bsky.feed.like and app.bsky.feed.post at 10.5k each, app.bsky.feed.repost at 5990.

Let's check @vonderleyen.ec.europa.eu 's PDS to assess how "active" she is: pixeline.be/pds-grandper... bottom line: 1650 posts, but barely 3 likes (2 of which are likes to a deleted post). All "talk" and no "listen".

A breakdown of application actions and their counts, led by 'app.bsky.feed.post' with 1650 instances.

Some nifty updates to GrandPerspective, the atproto PDS Explorer: pixeline.be/pds-grandper... 1. More preferences (thx to @aturi.to 's waypoints) 2. View only specific apps: great for finding that @popfeed.social review! 3. Improved search engine It's now a powerful tool to explore any PDS!

Preferences screen with dropdowns for Microblogging app (Mu), Publications (Offprint), Record viewer (Aturi Explore), and a Save Preferences button.

I like the game! feedback: you should scope down the permissions the app requests when logging in. "Create, update, and delete any public data linked to your account" is way too much permissions to request. Related doc: atproto.com/specs/oauth#...

Found this on the website of a local massage center in Brussels. Isn't that woman enjoying so much her massage that her brain is... farting? Another proof that AI has developed an acute sense of humor.

AI-generated image of a woman with a sleep mask receives a back massage in a peaceful spa room with ambient lighting and an essential oil diffuser.
The smoke of the oil diffuser comes right off the head of the massaged woman. Brain fart ?

@mu.social This verification implementation UX is promising. I would suggest adding a few words about what criteria were met to support the verification, and/or the evidences stored in the user's PDS. The Learn More link could lead to a full detail if the popup does not provide enough space.

Pop-up modal "You are verified" that appears when clicking on the checkmark. Account verified by Eurosky Social, Software Stewardship Lab and La France sur Bluesky/Eurosky.
Learn more and Close buttons.
