I have to try more double exposures, it was fun to do. The first attempt didn't go well, I think because I swapped lenses between shots, but still looks neat.

Here's a WIP of the mech I've been working on. I don't really know how to describe the head shape, but I tried for the alt text.

The upper torso of a mech, lacking arms. The torso shell is smooth and rounded, up to the circular area where the neck is mounted. The neck base is a cylindrical platform angled forward. Upon the neck base sits the neck and head of the mech. The head is made up of three elongated rectangular shapes, affixed to the L shaped neck. The rectangles taper towards the rear where they attach to the neck, and have rounded edges.

I don't know if we're supposed to play favorites with Christmas gifts, but this is certainly one of them. This book is filled with so much cool art, I love it! WipEout is such a fantastic game series for so many reasons, the art being a key one for me.

I had some time and played Zone of the Enders in essentially one sitting yesterday. The combat system was pretty cool, and I really like the Orbital Frame designs. Haven't played through a game in one go for a while.

🖌️Made this mech concept for class, gotta model and texture within the next 5 weeks.

A tall, lanky mech. It has four arms, two attached at its shoulders and two at its back. The arms at the back have three elbow-like joints, while the other two arms have only three. Each arm ends with a five fingered hand, two being attached like a thumb on either side of the hand. It is bipedal, with each leg resembling the rear legs of a dog, only in the way they move. It has a monocular head, with a single antenna to its left side. The mech stands in a ready position holding a railgun with its two right arms. Its left two arms hang down by its side.
