I thought I'd try out some of this new DLSS 5 tech in Farfield. I'm pretty happy with the results, what do you guys think?

Farfields graphical capabilities expanded using nvidias new DLSS5 Technology.

An inferior version is shown on the left, depicting a crappy deliberate art style meant to evoke a PSX Aesthetic.

I'm currently figuring out the monster AI for my survival horror game 🐇 I want the combat to feel very classic but also have some nice modern touches to it... Currently im at a point that can best be described as jank Onimusha 1. I expect lots of iterations as I go... I will show you soon!

Going through the Grace sections of Resi Requiem honestly has been one of the most engaging experiences I've had in a video game in years. They really nailed the cause and effect, decision making and constant planning required for top tier survival horror. Absolutely 10/10.

Every survival horror game needs a save room ritual! Resi has typewriters and tape recorders, Silent Hill has the red square and notepads. In Farfield, saving means losing yourself in the static 📺

If the game you're making is conceptually similar to another game you like, that shouldn't really stop you. It stopped me for years. I never finished the game I really wanted to make 6 years ago because of it, and that sucked. I've since seen very similar games to mine that are wildly successful
