Yesterday’s storms rapidly produced a historically significant amount of rainfall. When the downpour was at its heaviest, one of our rain gauges located in Schenley Park’s Bob O’Connor Golf Course recorded 1.26 inches of rainfall in just a 15-minute window. This level of... (1/3)
