I really really liked City of Stairs but I did not enjoy the subsequent novels in this series as much. The world building in this novel is fantastic but the main character is not as much fun as Ana and Fin from his latest series.

I've been really enjoying Tacos Los Puñales on Belmont and Wajan on Burnside for restaurants. Strong recommendations for Tiny Bubble Room on Lombard and Sonder Bar near the Hollywood as far as bars.

This was jarring from the audience to see a prepared script, a rehearsed musical number, and no practice or pronunciation guide for the reading of nominees. I had really wanted to like the presenters, but it was hard to watch and it sounds so much worse for those whose names were mispronounced.
