Tried to spot #perseids last night. What should have been a clear sky was a hazy mess of aircraft vapor trails. Did not spot a single meteor between 22.00 and 24.00 BST.

I've still got my Christmas present footy annuals from the early 70s. They were essential reading. They were even better when they occasionally had a #watfordfc photo. Especially if it was my favorite player, Barry Endean.
