You must admit this is cool! I pimped my bulbs to glow! I caught 8 brown trout up to 2lb today on these actual flies. Last day of the season here, i left my phone in the van.. so no photos🙄 Gonna enjoy tying loads of these through the winter in lots of colours. #flyfishing #browntrout

In September we say goodbye to many of the UK bumblebees 💔 🍂 Old queens and their nests will naturally come to an end as summer turns into autumn. 💤 New queens will mate with males, feed heavily on pollen and nectar to create fatty stores of energy, then hibernate until the following spring.

Pretty sure this is a wild boar print. See how wide the dew claws are. Anybody confirm? Apparently Stag dew claws are narrower. This is the sitka section we actually heard a pig a couple of weeks ago. We bolted🤣

Mum and kit did come in.. so, adult male then mum and kit. 20 feet from me, less at times. Without doubt my best Marten experience. Lots of photos... I'll go through them later. Females are soooo small!

Big Chaos came to visit while I was in the hide, 40 minutes he came and went. He didn't have a care. He even came right up within 10 foot for a closer look. The hide door is open.. I'm blown away! Maybe mum and kit will come in. I've 1 hour left.. #pinemartens

An hour in the hide. Door open so he could see me, it seems they don't trust what they can't see. It paid off.. You just can't hear them approach, they just appear.. silent! My heart stops everytime, I got some lovely photos! Just 5 minutes but that's enough.👌 #photography #pinemarten

Thick-billed weaver 15-18 cm Sub saharan Africa Diet mainly seeds, fruit pulp, insects Male builds a nest in 2-12 days, a female will accept this nest and they mate, she lays 2-4 eggs, then she alone will incubate, and feed the chicks. the male moves on creating more nests for other females!
