and this extends a lot further than just those specific topics. so many text posts feel like they're bots. so many accounts will (knowingly or not) post art that doesn't FEEL like it's AI generated but checking the source shows it is. this is really disheartening, dead internet theory is dreadful

by that i mean: if you see a random project, whether it's an app or a game or whatever pop up on your feed. what's the first question that comes to mind? personally, it's "will this be AI slop or a scam?" and that's really sad. i don't wanna have to think this way but it often is right to be wary.

Even if lazy and unskilled, you could get better results in a few seconds: Scale down with nearest-neighbour, limit palette. This is neither pretty nor useful...?
