Alors vraiment les gens il vous faut le beurre de cacahuète, l'argent du beurre de cacahuète, et le sourire du taulier. Bon d'accord. Une recette végé, en plus. Pour la version végane vous pouvez remplacer le miel par du sirop d'agave.

Recette illustrée, les ingrédients et étapes sont représentées, je vais juste décrire la recette plus clairement.

LES UDONS À LA CACAHUÈTE

IL VOUS FAUT:
-Du beurre de cacahuète
-de l'huile de sésame
-du vinaigre de riz
-du tofu nature
-des udons (ou tout autre type de pâtes, mais c'est meilleur avec des udons)
-de la sauce soja salée
-du miel liquide
-de la ciboulette

Et des légumes au choix. Ma sélection perso:
-Oignon
-Poivron vert
-Cœur de poireau
-Piment vert "corne de bœuf"

ALORS C'EST TRÈS SIMPLE
-Dans un grand bol, commencez par une énorme louche de beurre de cacahuète (genre 3 ou 4 cuillères à soupe)
Ajoutez:
-Une cuillère à soupe d'huile de sésame
-Une cuillère à soupe de vinaigre
-Une cuillère à soupe de miel
-Trois cuillères à soupe de soja

Une bonne pincée de sel et TOUILLEZ BIEN.

Faites frire vos légumes à la poêle avec le tofu coupé en dés.
Faites cuire les udon
Diluez la pâte au fond du bol avec de l'eau chaude jusqu'à avoir la bonne consistance (crème épaisse si vous voulez un truc plus "sauce", crème liquide si vous voulez un truc plus "soupe". Moi je fais ça plutôt "soupe")

Collez les nouilles et les légumes là-dedans, coupez un peu de ciboulette dessus pour la frime, et zou: régalez-vous.

C'est fucking délicieux, voilà ce que c'est.

Kay regarde sa vie s’écouler lentement dans la terre noire, fasciné par la façon dont la couleur de son sang se mêle avec celle du sol qui l’a vu naître. Petit à petit, le monde s’éloigne, les sons s’atténuent. Les cris de son père, la voix rauque d’Aislin, les grondements d’Andrew…

Alors que l’oiseau de glace prend son envol, que le chien noir bondit, Kay sombre dans l’inconscience. Les ténèbres l’engloutissent – à moins que ce ne soit le Bayou qui le reprenne ?
