A piece drawn for a small calendar project organised by my best friend. Mostly inspired by that one well-know Lucifer painting's pose.

"At his core, he was still a creature who roamed the wilderness. A lone tree with his crown of gold in a sea of fir and beast. And so, the man still shied away from the light of the few lit lanterns. Shied away from being seen."

Personal illustration of my OC Aspen. Included a close up because I'm really happy with how those little bottles turned out. #illustration #OC #CharacterIllustration

Close-up. Digital illustration of a blonde man tending to plants in an apothecary underneath the light of a lantern.

Still working on the rendering of that sneak peek I posted a little over a week ago. (I jump from personal project to project... pretty often.) So have a few moreWIPs in the meantime and a quick look at my usual workflow. ~ #WIP #AspenOfTheWilds #Aspen #OC #OCart #Marjon #TheSpringfireWitch

Human artists, use only one piece to convince people to follow you.

Sometimes you just have to leave a piece in the oven for a while until your skills are catching up to the direction you intended for it. Still a #WIP and a close-up, but we're getting there. #workinprogress #OC #AspenOfTheWilds #Aspen

2D. Digital. Stylized. Closeup work in progress of Aspen in a tree. Left side is what I started with in 2024. Right side has the updated version of July 2025.

Another day, more Aspen. This one has actually been in the works for quite a while. One of those WIPS in the hoard where I took my sweet time trying to learn more about a certain style or approach. Considering where I started with this one- the time it spent in the oven was very much worth it.

2d illustration. Digital. Stylized. Portrait of Aspen with a flowercrown, showing his scarred back and dragon constellation birthmark. Style study of more classical paintings.

Still alive! Just swamped with work. But I briefly return with chibi expressions of my boy Aspen. Will be using these for the next campaign oneshot and I'm really looking forward to it! Might make a few more for future use.

Actual mermay post within May! Finally got around to painting Aspen as a merman. #Aspen #Mermay #merman #shark

Digital illustration. 2D. Underwater scene of a blonde shark merman (Aspen) reaching for a string of coloured glass and metal trinkets. Keeping it from falling deeper into the depths of the kelp forest and fish below.

I just really love this Ipomoea artwork and I thought I'd share it again ✨ #art #oc #ocsky

Ipomoea is standing while holding a thin branch in her hands, some of the flowers scattering in the wind. Behind her there is a large tree in bloom with white, glowing flowers. There is a pond in the background, and in the distance a building that looks like an observatory can be seen that is built with the forest trees. The piece has a frame embellished with stars and a crescent moon in the upper right corner.

the devoured memoirs of an arcanist. [ #oc, #ocsky, #ocart, #art, #ffxiv, #ffxivoc ]

An image of a brunette male called Cameron sitting on a stack of books, surrounded by mountains of other books. He is in fantasy clothing and holding onto a quill thats dripping bright blue ink that matches the colour of his pupil. He is holding up a grimoire that looks regal, but has teeth and a tongue that are eating at paper, loose sheets of paper are floating down around him. He has a somewhat smile on his face.

Been having this happen so much on Bluesky lately 😭🫶🩵

A meme page

First panel: A character with “Cool artist” above them and another character saying “they’re so cool”

Second panel: Character with “cool artist” above them turns around to the other character saying “Oh, it’s you. Hi” and the other character is confused ???

I love the months April and May. Every year during these two months my feeds on all platforms get flooded (in the best way!) with so much good art and I'm discovering so many wonderful artists I didn't know before. And May has mermaids too. Best bonus of all.

It’s that time of the year again, #PleinAirApril LETS GO! I won’t be following a pre-made set or the likes. Just looked for images that grabbed my interest. My personal focus will be on pushing shapes, colours and specifically the digital tools I work with. #study #Artstudiopro #digitalpainting

Would this be easier to just do in UE5? Most likely- But I haven't messed about with Unreal's Material Instances in a while and don't feel like refreshing all that knowledge right now. Plus Blender has all its aspects in one place for creating scenes. Best workflow for me.

Some Blender practice. Trying to get an eevee Next version of some of the stylized water systems that I love the look of in UE and Unity. Now to figure out how to get that caustics texture and gradient to carry over properly. #3d #3dpractice #Blender3d #Blendershaders #EeveeNext

A little melancholic moment between Marjon and Ezekiehl, and the start of restoring something resembling a sibling bond.

Digital sketch. Greyscale values. Sequence of two images. Two characters sitting on a porch drinking tea. In the first the woman looks up at the one near the camera while he talks, contemplating with a worried look.

In the second frame (the lower half of the image.) she has looked away, eyes downcast and looking down at the mug in her hands. She speaks, an attempt at comfort.

"I've heard it said before. That not all those who wander are lost."
