The orange felon has always been "filterless." However the difference now is with dementia not only is there no filter, but thoughts become more erratic. It is a huge market for the large Amish communities. People drive miles and wait in long lines for their baked goods, bread, fresh produce and restaurants. The market is "tapped."

Nothing better than Amish pastry and bread. Grew up around a huge Amish community. Their restaurants are amazing, not only is the food good, but the single serving size has leftovers for three days. Love the fresh produce stands. And in Sugar Creek you can buy cheese you watch them make.

I prefer coffee I make myself, just like I prefer cheeseburgers I make myself. I seldom order either of them from a coffee shop or restaurant. I added it up &figured out that paying out of pocket for dental costs me less than paying for insurance premiums deductibles &co-pays. Some work is not covered by insurance. More years than not I only needed cleanings and x-rays so I was paying more in premiums than the coverage the insurance paid.
