Also curious about arena & team response. Aces ticket holder & 100% not OK with this!

Aces fans here. I LOVED seeing that sign across the way & grabbed my own pic! Removing it was absurd; it's a well known reference to a quote from a player. I loved the energy GSK's fans brought with them to Friday's game. My beef lies with the other Aces fans who let GSK get multiple chants going.

Picture of fans (mostly in Golden State Valkyries gear) with a 3 part sign saying "For the gays" a reference to a quote from player Gabby Williams.

I don't like this. I first saw it done 20+ years ago at a minor league hockey game. It wasn't funny then, not funny now. If you're looking for the laugh, at least have plants or tape it and pretend it's real.

Other teams and leagues should take note. Oversimplified: "It has never been harder to be a Golden Knights fan because the organization has shifted from building a community around hockey to operating like any other billion-dollar corporation, with profit as its defining priority."

This! And it seems to be getting worse (or my patience for them has disappeared). The number of times I want to ask the man sitting by me at the game or bar if we're watching the same game has increased exponentially in recent years. And not just the W; NHL and college games too.

Love my Aces (not every decision they have made over the years) but I LOVE this for Coach Nat, and can't be mad about a Dream vs. Valkyries final.

An author saying AI writing anything is is fine is certainly a take. And to bash romance reeks of classism and internalized misogyny.

To do my timesheet: Log in to computer, then VDI, then the time system. 2/3 have 2 factor to my phone which requires a password too. So that's 5 passwords/pins (technically 7 if the phone goes to sleep between). But yeah...

Absolutely a great take on this ridiculous question. I wonder if the interviewers think they can have something but not the interviewee. Our interviews run 45 minutes or more and in the arid desert southwest I think it's a ridiculous expectation that someone couldn't have a drink for that.

Mentioned seeking out women composers bc I nvr played any as a student. Someone had to reply "composers I play the most Joplin & Chaminade. I didn't seek out either for being in unrepresented group; I just like their music." Good for you, but if no one seeks them out then we won't know they exist!

This is also happening at the local level, especially with neighboring jurisdictions, even those across state lines. The local/regional press picked up some press releases about these health alliances but that coverage has stopped now that local media are folding or being bought.

1. Why do people who sit in these seats get to bring in bags larger than the WMBA arena's 9"x5"x2" policy? Why does your net worth change already arbitrary rules? 2. This shine is crazy distracting while trying to watch the game. (Yes, I know who is in these seats, but not the point.)

Very large (much larger than arena policy "allows"), shiny silver bag sitting on the floor at a WNBA basketball game.
