The official Doctor Who account posting an "ultimate guide to a watch party" and it suggests you skip Series 1. Genuinely get fucked lads.

Despite what's happening, at least this year has been wonderful in regards to the preservation of older Doctor Who media, what with missing episodes of The Daleks Master Plan and the film reel restoration of the 1996 movie.

"For the record: there was no script. I never wrote it." - Russell T Davies So this was a big fat fucking lie then.

Thank god for the Kingdom Hearts 4 news yesterday because this last week alone has been genuinely fucking catastrophic in regards to the media that helped form me.

I'm joking a lot but I am genuinely heartbroken about the way the BBC has managed to completely destroy Doctor Who for the foreseeable future. The last few years have largely been a disaster that neither the show nor its stars deserved, with little gained for the show's legacy save embarrassment.

God, the news is even worse when you consider that Disney funded The War Between and was so embarrassed that they just chose not to put it on their platform.

Chiitan I urge you to not get into this show. It's for your own good.

Grim. This is probably the worst state for the show to be left in. A cliffhanger that can't be resolved, 5 poorly received seasons in a row, a failed soft reboot that put us back to "Season 1 & 2", and the showrunner throwing a tantrum on the way out.
