They're from a game called VOR: The Maelstrom, from the Neo-Soviet Army. You can get the models from Iron Wind Metals or Ral Partha Europe depending on if you're in the US or the UK. I got lucky and nabbed mine as a lot on Ebay along with a bunch of other stuff a long time ago.

Of course the answer to the issue I stated is "cultivate a like-minded player group" but the context in which we were playing as part of a larger public club didn't really allow for that. Personally I'd love to run the new system as a more focused, player-versus-environment RPG!

That's very true and I agree. My club's biggest problem was precisely that; players focusing only on numerical strength and building their gangs accordingly. My own personal complaint with the newer system is that advancement isn't as interesting, but I enjoy mandatory randomization in what I get!

Also I just want to comment out loud that for anyone who needs to paint a lot of fodder who hates doing eyes: just put some dark wash of your choice in the eye sockets and make sure it pools up under the visor of their headgear. Eyes are for personality figures, not 200 faceless mooks lol.

私のグループでも、うまく機能させるのにかなり苦労しました！アイデアは豊富にあったものの、すべてを同等のパワーレベルで機能させるための良い方法が見つからなかった、という残念なケースでしたね。結局、オリジナルのルールセットをベースにした「Necromunda Community Edition」をプレイすることにしたのですが、そちらの方がずっと楽しめました。昔のルールセットがお好きなら、ぜひお勧めしたいですね！

They're quite good. The WW1 Russians box are especially good because of the level of detail, while still remaining relatively simple to assemble since most of the stuff that would usually come as a bunch of loose pouches is sculpted onto the bodies. Great for filling out ranks quickly.

More peasants inbound. These are going to be single pose models, but with different outfit, head, and weapon options. The designs are drawing from assorted Chinese warlord era photos, as well as ashigaru kit (the sausage link thing is partitioned rice rations, for example.)
