Smashed my wildest expectations in the half marathon walk this morning. Lopped 18 minutes off my previous best… chip time was 2hr16min57sec and Strava is being a grass by claiming I didn’t walk full distance. Average pace of 5.74mph ain’t too shabby either! Nice to pick up some bling too 🙂

I use Huel Daily Greens and I love it. Can’t speak for AG1 as never tried it… if you’re comfortable with what you are currently on I wouldn’t switch, especially if you’d have to pay more?

I agree, love his random the results are these days especially with the likes of Edhouse and De Decker picking up majors. Wattimena and Van Veen could both with tomorrow too! Trying to find some value for the worlds. Lukeman and Mansell are 500/1 and 750/1 respectively, crazy odds given this week!

I’m inclined to agree with you, I wouldn’t be devastated if Carlo somehow ended up back here but a young, progressive coach with a clearly defined style of play (aligned with a DoF who buys into those ideas) is what we should be striving for. The sooner the better too!
