Smashed my wildest expectations in the half marathon walk this morning. Lopped 18 minutes off my previous best… chip time was 2hr16min57sec and Strava is being a grass by claiming I didn’t walk full distance. Average pace of 5.74mph ain’t too shabby either! Nice to pick up some bling too 🙂

Nice of Everton to not mess my weekend up for once! We are playing alright at the moment and there are some encouraging signs. Also, I’m not one for exaggerating but Branthwaite is better than prime Beckenbauer. What a player he’s going to be, I’ll enjoy him whilst I can!
