i am so good at reading a TON when i'm traveling or my routine is otherwise disrupted, but i find it so so hard to choose a book over screens in my day-to-day life... any tips for overcoming this? for added context i am severely addicted as i was basically raised by the computer like a feral child

i love the idea of an expansive personal website with blog entries and tons of pages about my personal hobbies/interests or whatever but i also maybe don't want so much of myself available on the public internet... so hard to juggle those conflicting instincts...
