Watermelon is a fantastic snack! A whole watermelon only has 100 calories. It's great to eat because it fills me up but doesn't contribute to my ever impending dad bod. Also the rind is super good for you, and you can make watermelon rind kimchi from it for even more benefits! (I'm korean).

Just got this email from the VA. I'm a disabled veteran who was once proud. But specifically (and falsely) pointing out Democrats are blocking the resolution (despite all branches being Republican controlled) is fucking disgusting.
