A juvenile pied butcherbird is predominately brown and white but as it turns into an adult, the brown becomes black.

The Cazneaux Tree late yesterday - and a raven - can you see it? This tree was made famous by Harold Cazneaux who took a photo of it in 1937 that he titled 'The Spirit of Endurance'. It is a river red gum and is estimated to be 500 years old.
