Based on what I saw, I love Linear. However, if you want your teams to go faster, make sure you understand first what’s holding them back now. There’s a good chance it’s not (just) the tool they use. And they probably know it already, and would tell happily if someone asked them.

It's almost ironic that git by definition is a *distributed* version control system, yet an outage like this stops an entire engineering organization. I understand that PRs, CI/CD, every tool is down too, but at least having a local mirror (self-hosted Gitlab?) would allow you to continue working.
