Interesting, you're looking at a preview of a document in Github and in that document there's a link to itself? I've often though Github's editor could do a better job of managing state, but that one is new to me 😮

SIMD is a small subset of parallelization scenarios. Designing parallelization only for SIMD misses the point.

It should be an implementation detail. The design of an application should enable the utilization of SIMD. Maybe his frustration is that many people don't know how to design software to be parallelized. Knowing SIMD doesn't help that because people don't write in assembly :/

I'm surprised that `dotnet pack --include-symbols` defaults to .symbols.nupkg and not .snupkg in #dotnet 10

TIL there is a Trump Ave in Ottawa Canada, named after donald trump about 20 years ago. And yesterday the city decided to rename it after residents of the street decided they didn't want to live on a street by that name.

💯 People get my last name wrong frequently. I always double-check, and don't assume common nicknames. I copy/paste from their email signature. If they don't sign-off with a nickname, I don't use one.

Should be fun to watch, considering programming languages have had a `let` keyword since the 1960s that states/declares a named variable and assigns it a value--making a function named "LET" that creates a named variable with a value seem obvious. 🤷🏽

Excellent point. Disabling this doesn't stop apps from doing text and image generation, it just stops apps from using local hardware via Windows to do it and forces them to send data to the cloud.
