So the Star fruit went yellow...mostly. Last day before we fly out. Gave it a burl. Tasted like gritty but soft apple. Did not live up to the anticipation.

Bought Star fruit for Christmas. It looked cool in the Malaysian grocery store. Googled how to prepare and eat it...only to find that green Star fruit is unripe. We fly out in two days. I want to eat this fruit...come on sun do your thing.
