Whoever is in charge of economic blackout should consider a regular/set monthly day/dates to catch on. Dont do weekends or 1st of month for obvious reasons. People cant remember changing dates/places. Pick a date for example: 10th of every month & dont shop. Easier schedule - easier to follow. Imho.
