"Pixie Dust Excess Syndrome" shortened to PDES, is a condition which affect fairies, it makes their bodies overproduce their natural pixie dust, often swelling them like balloons. It mostly occurs in sudden spurts, like in this case, this Garde just got out of their office job while it happened.

A gardevoir office worker just got out of her job alongside a shiinotic co-worker. They are very bloated due to their condition, needing to deflate soon.
The shiinotic, who's familiar with their situation, toys around their big outie expressing curiosity of what would happen if they pressed it like a button, of which the garde is against the idea.
She does press it either way, which leds to the garde releasing a massive cloud of pixie dust from their rear, making them blush.
