which is just serving the dynamic to me on a silver fucking platter! he gets lured into sparring to further hone his skills [its basically one of the only "hobbies" he has to begin with] but this cheeky little dancer can seemingly effortlessly keep up with him because they're able to take advantage of him doing the hard work and flip it on him
