And here we have my 2nd entry of GEARTOBER: Tabi Boots! Perfect for mucking about in wet areas and built for keeping its wearers steps silent~ i've long had an interest in these style of boots, and hope to get some of my own soon. More in Alt Text and Reply:

Tabi Boots! comes in either a rubber or neoprene. Here is a diagram that shows the different parts of those boots, they are meant to be worn skintight around the body. The toes on the boot our split at the big toe, with the rest being grouped together. I'm glad to finally include them.

It's the 1st of October! And thus, GEARTOBER begins! For each day this month (or a few days a week) I'll be posting some gear that you can find within the Corp! The first few days i'll be focussing on boots. So, here is my 1st entry: The Standard Issue Penumbra Corp Boot! Read Alt Text for more!

Penumbra Corp Standard Issue Boot, typically made of rubber and part of every corp subject's wardrobe (even the boss)

Built for comfort and long wear, this boot will do the job.

These are based off of my doc marten pull on boots, i'll be using plenty of real world references for alot of these entries because of course penumbra would want gear in styles he likes with his own flair upon them!

Rubber Gargoyle Statue Hypnosis #marblemarch It seems Master Penumbra has been caught again and turned into a rubber gargoyle! He sinks deeper and deeper into trance as he stiffens into his pose. His captor planted triggers that form an endless hypnotic loop... 🎨 - @a-guy-somewhere.bsky.social

there's so much more I'd love to say about this, but here's the idea, master penumbra loves to get into situations where he can experience hypnotic submission in all kinds of ways.

In this case, he is dressed up as a rubber gargoyle, covered in stone colored latex, he is crouching down with rubber wings behind him

, he has spirals in his eyes showing that he has hypnotized. it is implied that someone has done this to him, and install installed hypnotic triggers within him that makes him stay still

Made a few too many enemies in my past, just trying to be more positive and pleasant nowadays. In alot of ways I'm still learning who I am, and thankfully lashing out less as time has gone on. Life never quite slows down for us to figure things out, but the effort to catch up is worth it.

RIP @gooeydeer.com, i'm grateful for all the exciting things they showed the world and how much they pushed furry rubber kink forward. Almost a decade ago, their art really hooked me on rubber and goo, and played a part in how I came to be. My heart aches for those close to them... be well, y'all 💚

My new every-day boots. Hoping to give them years of fun ;) I bought a secondhand pair similar to these but the soles disintegrated after two weeks... decided i'd just shell out for a new pair I can properly take care of~

Had a-lot of fun sketching this cow-suit. It's heavily influenced by Bassenji's princess pastures cow suit (which is SO hot to me) but with my own spin on things. Maybe look out for "dairy specialist" listings on our job board for more info ;) Might fully render this someday hehehehe

Dolly Parton just passed away. God it hurts... I dont even know if I have words for it... She was my one of my largest bastions of pride as someone from the south, and now I just feel kind hollow. We didnt deserve her. We have to keep trying to make the world better, and thats what she wanted.

A good local friend of mine, @cezareo.bsky.social, offered to dye my spare black denim vest a bright slimy green. Here are some pics from that process. It was so supreme to see it transform into something so unique and special. Thank you!!! I'm retiring my battle vest soon and starting a new one.

the vest after a good bleaching. it came out with a really cool distressed tan color

finished with the dye bath but needs to dry, darker cuz its wet

Do ya feel the voltage rising Crimson? Feel it going up, and up, and up? I know you can take it, big guy. Be a good battery for the Corp~ Now, THIS is how you use a captured electric superhero. It's basically full bodied e-stim suit, hehe. A story for this will be on FA at some point.

kenzo, aka crimson arc, an eastern dragon superhero with electric powers is in some kind of special suit that effectively uses him as a battery for his electric powers. master penumbra, a skunk, uses thick electrical rubber gloves to handle the heroes lightning rod.

Sad because my nipple piercings rejected after gauging them from 8G to 6G. I took them out, and they closed up immediately. What makes up for it is how much more comfortable wearing latex is, especially rubbing over my chest. The piercings always felt awkward. i'll sure miss my door knockers tho
