Today is the finale for season one of Quest Fantastic. It’s kinda wild to think that we’ve told a complete story over the past two years and I'm really proud of what we’ve accomplished. I love the Quest Fantastic gang with all my heart and can’t wait to tell more stories with them in season two.

Also, for posterity, here are my past two years of Sarafy top fives.

My Spotify Wrapped has never been a particularly accurate reflection of my year because when I enjoy a band or artist I usually end up just buying their albums, so because of this I make my own end of year top fives.

Roll Plus Heart is returning to the game that started it all, Thirsty Sword Lesbians by April Kit Walsh. The first episode is out today as we jump back into the lives of Jaz, Juniper and Tiddles six months after their victory on Mytilene.

Paul Goodman and I recorded a game of ‘My Red Goddess’ by Daniele Di Rubbo for the Quest Fantastic Patreon. It was super fun to play out a classic Noir tale with Paul and I think I successfully managed to cram in as many tropes as possible.

The eighteenth game we played on Roll Plus heart was ‘Honey Heist’ by Grant Howitt. Helen ran this one about three bears trying to break into Honey Con 69. Honey Heist was the first game we ever tried to record for RPH but the audio quality wasn’t great so it will forever be a lost episode

The three player characters from Roll Plus Hearts game of Honey heist, which consist of a brown bear in a flat cap, a panda in a fez and a polar bear in a cowboy hat.

The biggest thing I did this year was finally going on my long delayed trip to Japan. Travelling while Trans is a lot scarier than when I was pretending to be Cis, but worth it for the amazing experiences I had on that trip.

We just recorded the last episode of Quest Fantastic season 1. Kind of surreal to have wrapped up this big sprawling story that's been going nearly two years. The word count on the quest Google doc was nearly 30,000 words over 73 pages which is the most I've ever written for anything.

We're currently playing ‘Mall Kids’ on Roll Plus Heart. We really indulged in our early noughties nostalgia to bring these four teens to life as they try their best just to make it through the work day and maybe also stop a string of thefts throughout the Harold Wilson Memorial Shopping Centre.

This Mewtwo was a right little binch! Glad I found out about the Misty Terrain strat to counter its cheeky rest/chesto berry play. It's also wild that so many strangers are working in perfect synch to take this dickhead down.
