I introspect a lot . And I can see how much of a pain I must be! My first instinct to change is NO! So I reject all new ideas until I’ve processed them. I get completely thrown off by interruptions - and get confused when people don’t ”see” my way. My poor collaborators - thank’s for ❤️ me still

I have also collaborated with a lot of others and we’ve made it work just fine. (❤️ u) I have done a talk before with my boyfriend. Great talk, stressful preparation process for a lot of reasons. Time, energy, experience, me being particular about things We are now redoing an updated version 2/?

It’s fascinating collaborating with others for talks. I have no official diagnosis but I am very… particular, and I struggle with adjusting to other ways of doing things - until I connect with it. @developer-sam.bsky.social has had his fair share of experience with this - and seems to cope 🤣 1/?

Dust, an elysian tail. Not because it’s the best game or the first one I though of - but it was completely unknown to me and the first game I bought on a whim. I loved it which made me go out and try other random games. Some suck and that’s ok. Some are brilliant and I would have missed them!

I mean if the spec had been perfect, I think waterfall would have worked great. The problem is it was still only a tiny part of the truth, for a given value of truth. And we’ve spent 10-20 years getting suckier at requirements so why it would work now is a mystery.
