Nonsuch parkrun and 5K Your Way. We also remembered David Gullen, a Nonsuch 5K Your Way ambassador, recently lost to prostate cancer. Tomatoes. We sow them, nurture them, pot them on, fret over them, plant them out and care for them. Then you look at your pot of sunflowers and find half a dozen have sprung up from your home made compost and are happily doing their own thing. I've got more "volunteer" tomatoes than any other 🌱🍅
