I added all adornments digitally using Blender. My skills with Blender are fairly limited, but it's still easy to sculpt simple items (spikes, bolts, blades, etc.) and attach them anywhere. The skull model is from creator Brexit (available for free at Cults3D, as usual).

A 32mm resin mini, Hitech Miniatures' Sadus (one of their "terrorizer" models). It's a grotesquely mutated space warrior with two large weapons for arms, where organic parts (pinkish red) melt with metal (grey) due to the effects of the obliterator virus. Navy armor, a mustard cloth and 40mm round base also in grey. Painted with acrylics (a mix of Vallejo, Americana, FolkArt and Cadence). Front view.
