American fusion needs an American supply chain. Supporting fusion companies is only part of the equation. We also need domestic capacity for the materials, components, and manufacturing they depend on. We’re investing in that capacity in Ohio. ow.ly/lMYH50ZU56R

What is confined crystallization? Below 250nm, a polymer has no room to form 3D crystal clusters. The chains crystallize flat instead. Oxygen has to detour around every lamella rather than slip through the gaps. More on our tech: www.peaknano.com/resources/en...

Most films get their performance by adding material. We get it from architecture: commercially available polymers coextruded into thousands of layers, some as thin as 25nm. At that scale, confinement changes the physics.

Peak Nano didn't invent nanolayering. Nature's been running the experiment for hundreds of millions of years. Mother-of-pearl: brittle mineral + soft polymer, stacked in nanoscale layers. ~3,000× tougher than the mineral alone. Nothing was added. The architecture did the work.

Data centers, HVDC, fusion. Same limit, same place: the polymer film inside the capacitor. Peak Nano layers commercial resins into 1,000+ sheets, each under 250 nm. At that scale, the physics changes: higher operating temperature, lower loss, fewer parts. Architecture, not chemistry.
