Since Ingrid Forsler took editorship of the journal's Dialogue series, discussions and debates have exploded in volume and quality! Today I present a thoughtful response to a beautiful paper, very close to my heart, about slowness as a postdigital positionality.

Theoretically, transdisciplinarity is innate to postdigital research. How do we enact that in practice?

A bit late in the day, 6 pm, but it's never too late to learn something. :) A beautiful piece on arts-informed methodologies and their potentials!

After every special issue is published, PDSE gets papers inspired by the topic. This paper should have been in the special issue on Postdigital Feminism: Platformed-Lives, Labour, Intimacies, and Activism. The paper arrived too late, but is really good, and better late than never!

I never post articles on Sundays as I deeply appreciate people's (and my own :) ) rest. But this one really feels like a beautiful Sunday reading... and in the best possible sense!

As we continue to discuss GenAI and academic writing, PDSE has published an amazing paper on undisciplined learning spaces. I really like the concept of being undisciplined!

Postdigital Science and Education @pdse.bsky.social · 29/04/2026
This is the key paper for all prospective authors in the PDSE publishing ecosystem - it outlines some of the main problems of using GenAI in academic writing, and most importantly, presents the PDSE policy that all new subnmissions will need to follow from now on. Read it, you'll need it! :)

Some papers just take a long time to make - ideally, this lengthy process results in conceptually rich work and technically meticulous writing that reflects authors' new ideas combined with attention to detail. This is one such paper! With congrats to its authors, link in first comment.
