Admin: Under current clean property bylaws, property owners can put snow in the parking lane. On 11th Ave & Dewdney, those are through lanes so you cannot store snow there. So this would be snow removal on sidewalk & parking lane. #yqrcc

Admin: We've invested a lot on Dewdney. Right now, we would require businesses to only clear the sidewalks. Only the sidewalk. The patios might not get cleared. There are logistic challenges if we don't clear them. #yqrcc

Admin: I would say, through conversations w/ businesses, there are comments that the city builds beautiful things but doesn't maintain them. We've built beautiful spaces on 11th & Dewdney. The enhanced clearing would be important to keep these spaces active year round. #yqrcc
