Headed back home in the a.m. after a couple weeks attempting to help my aging aunt and uncle after his heart attack. I started their ins claim for in-home help and hooked them up with a highly rated local company. I'm hopeful all will be well. They're just salt-of-the-earth folks.

On FB, someone cloned my profile, stole my photo and name, and sent friend requests to people. One of my friends reported it to FB and got a prompt reply that the cloned account does not go against community standards. I complained to FB and got same reply. FB sucks. I'll stick with BlueSky!

Trump hasn't been able to get support to take over Greenland or the Panama Canal, so he's throwing support to Israel for turning Gaza into the new Mediterranean Riviera. Yikes!

Drumpfy is taking sources of info from us. I can no longer "friend" people I know on FB, and the person I found can't "friend" me either, even though I changed my settings to allow her to do so. Drumpfy will keep us ignorant, then divide and conquer. I'm taking my toys and going to play on BlueSky.

The BBC is reporting that a US Judge blocks Trump's EO ending birthright citizenship. No details as to why. I'm guessing it's because he doesn't have the power to change our Constitution by executive order. Trump will probably appeal to the Supreme Court. Stay tuned.

We all need to stop following and commenting on the distractions Trump is throwing around, such as Greenland, Canada, the Gulf of whatever. We need to pay attention to the terrible $hit going on behind the scenes. Project 2025 hasn't been mentioned since election day.

So once Elon and Vivek have slashed the federal budget, and the new Trump cabinet has dismantled all of the departments and "sent them back to the states," are they also going to slash taxes on the non-millionaires? Or are they planning to just pocket the extra cash?

My brother, Gordon Smuder, makes these mounted puppet heads that he calls "Specious Species." Every one is different, has its own name, and is numbered. I encouraged him to start an account on BlueSky.
