Leading up to International Women’s day this Sunday, Chief Executive Amanda Stewart pays tribute to the number of women in Probation who have leadership roles throughout the organisation and take on that responsibility in a positive way.
Graphic with a coloured background with PBNI corporate colours purple, blue and green and Probation Board for Northern Ireland logo. Chief Executive Amanda Stewart says “As International Women’s Day approaches, I want to acknowledge the many women across Probation who have stepped into leadership roles and strengthened our organisation and contributed to safer communities. Their dedication has helped create opportunities for colleagues, inspired confidence, and improved outcomes for the people we work with.
This year’s theme, ‘When we give, we gain,’ is a powerful reminder that when we support one another and invest in women’s leadership - the gains reach far beyond the organisation, and touch individuals, families, and communities.”
