Why? → What decision does it need to inform? → What is the audience for the evaluation? → Is determining a monetary value for the programme appropriate? → What is the other evidence that the programme works? Numbers don't tell the whole story.

The PBE board, led by Damien Regent and Jenny Scott, has begun the search for PBE's next permanent Chief Executive. Details will be announced in October. In the meantime, Director of Operations and Finance, Cassia Dingwall and Chief Economist, Jon Franklin, will lead PBE as Interim Co-CEOs.
